How fresh are your coffee beans?

All our coffee is roasted to order, ensuring maximum freshness. Each bag is marked with a roast date, and we recommend consuming the coffee within 4-6 weeks of this date for optimal flavor.

What grind should I choose?

We offer several grind options to match your brewing method:

  • Whole Bean: Best for grinding fresh before each use
  • Coarse: French press, cold brew
  • Medium: Drip coffee makers, pour over
  • Fine: Espresso machines
  • Extra Fine: Turkish coffee

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. For perishable items like coffee beans, we may offer a replacement or refund if there are quality issues. For equipment and non-perishable items, we accept returns in original, unused condition.
