Our Return Policy
At Soul Full Cup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.
Coffee Products
- If you're not satisfied with the quality of our coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- For unopened coffee bags, we offer a full refund or exchange.
- For opened coffee bags, we may offer a replacement or store credit if there are quality issues.
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened products without a quality issue.
Equipment & Merchandise
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Customer Service
Start by reaching out to our customer service team within the eligible return period. You can contact us by Email: at returns@soulfullcup.com or fillout the request form below.
Complete Return Form
Complete the request form below.
Return Authorization
Once we receive your completed form, we'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return shipment.
Package Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. For quality issues with coffee, we may ask you to send photos rather than returning the actual product.
Ship Your Return
Send your package to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep your tracking information until your return has been processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

How long do I have to return an item?
For coffee products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. For equipment and merchandise, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Will I be refunded for shipping costs?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is defective.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, we're happy to process exchanges. Please follow the same return process, but indicate on your return form that you would like an exchange and specify which item you would like instead.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
